Ryan and Christine Piper purchased Porters’ Pub & Restaurant from the Porter brothers in January of 2024.

 

What makes this transition particularly special is the profound personal connection between the new owners and the pub itself.

 

Ryan and Christine met at Porters’ Pub back in the early 2000s, got married and went off to start a family of their own. Christine served as the front-of-the-house manager, while Ryan worked in the kitchen as well as bartending out front. 

 

Most recently, Ryan has been working at offsite events like Baconfest and the Easton Winter Village, while Christine has been helping the Pub’s marketing and branding efforts.
