Our story begins with a passion for Greek cuisine, and through meticulous planning and dedication, Gyro Concept emerged as a haven for premium Greek delights.

 

In March of 2024, we expanded our vision to Easton, PA, opening our second location while maintaining the same dedication to authenticity and quality that defines Gyro Concept.
