A breakfast go-to in Easton for more than 40 years, Angelo's evokes the feel of dining in someone's home kitchen better than any other local restaurant.
The tile floors, medium-brown cabinets and faux-marble counter lend the place a domestic feel, and the service is just as hospitable.
Look out for tasty weekend specials, but the standards — pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and omelettes — are just as satisfying.
With a friendly, unassuming vibe, Angelo's managed to draw acclaimed actor Hal Holbrook back for two visits when he was in town.
